You might be looking for garvee 59 deep soaking bathtub alternatives because the original model does not match your specific space or aesthetic needs. The Garvee 59" Deep Soaking Bathtub features a 59.1" length, 30.7" width, and 28.4" height. It uses 4 mm acrylic reinforced with fiberglass for heat retention and includes cUPC certification for reliable drainage. Its ergonomic design supports full-body relaxation, and the raised base conceals plumbing for a clean look. These specs define a robust, deep-soaking option for standard bathrooms.
You may prefer a different size, finish, or hardware configuration. Some buyers need a freestanding unit with a contrasting drain kit or a lighter weight for easier installation. Others might prioritize a textured surface for slip resistance or a specific color like matte black. The alternatives listed here share the 59-inch length and acrylic construction but vary in width, height, and material thickness. We selected these options because their core specifications overlap with the Garvee model, ensuring they meet similar soaking requirements while offering distinct design or dimensional choices for your bathroom layout.
How alternatives compare to Garvee
GarveeLife 59" Stripe Freestanding Tub
The GarveeLife 59" Stripe Freestanding Tub is lighter at 99.9 pounds, making it easier to handle during installation. It measures 58.7 inches long and 23.4 inches high, which is slightly shorter than the Garvee 59". The width is 29.5 inches, narrower than the Garvee's 30.7 inches, allowing it to fit in tighter spaces. Both use acrylic construction for heat retention. This model lacks the cUPC certification mentioned for the original, so you should verify local plumbing codes. It is a practical choice if you prefer a lighter tub with a slightly more compact footprint. The lower height may be preferable for users who find 28.4 inches too high to step over comfortably.
WOODBRIDGE 59" Freestanding Soaking Tub
This WOODBRIDGE tub uses a Lucite acrylic shell, which is a premium variant of acrylic known for durability. It weighs only 88 pounds, significantly less than the Garvee 59" at 121 pounds. The dimensions are nearly identical, with a 59-inch length and 23.3-inch height. The width is 29.5 inches, slightly narrower than the Garvee. It features brushed gold fixtures, offering a distinct aesthetic compared to the Garvee's chrome drain. If you value a lighter tub with high-end hardware finishes, this is a strong alternative. The lower weight simplifies floor load considerations. However, it does not mention ADA-compliant clearances, so check accessibility needs carefully before purchasing.
WOODBRIDGE 59" Freestanding Matte Black Tub
The WOODBRIDGE Matte Black Acrylic Tub stands out for its dark drain kit, which contrasts with the standard chrome found on the Garvee 59". It weighs 89 pounds, much lighter than the Garvee's 121 pounds. The height is 22.8 inches, lower than the Garvee's 28.4 inches, which may improve safety for some users. The width is 29 inches, narrower than the Garvee. It shares the 59-inch length and acrylic material. This model is ideal if you want a modern, dark aesthetic without the heavy footprint of the Garvee. The reduced height provides easier entry. Note that it does not specify cUPC certification, so ensure it meets your local building standards before installing.
Nahenduo 59" Oval Acrylic Soaking Tub
The Nahenduo 59" Oval Acrylic Soaking Tub is exceptionally light at 57.7 pounds, compared to the Garvee 59" at 121 pounds. This makes it the easiest to move and install. The lower height may be preferable for those with mobility concerns. It fits standard US plumbing but lacks the specific safety certifications of the original.
GarveeHome 59" Acrylic Freestanding Tub
